To whom it may concern.

I contacted Marco and Emma Perrett on recommendation from a neighbour, to discuss my proposed building work which entailed extensions and refurbishment and reconfiguration of a 1970’s bungalow.

From the moment I first spoke with them I decided that I liked the way they worked and their ethos of working with me at each stage of the project, so much so that I did not seek an estimate from any other forms. They are extremely hard working and have been most considerate of my requirements, whilst happy to give advice and ideas that might enhance the project. The plans evolved as the work progressed and they were happy to incorporate changes to the original design.

It has been an excellent partnership between client and builder. Marco has a dedicated team of specialists and Emma has consistently kept me up to date with the budget.

I would recommend them without reservation. They do indeed live up to their commitment as providers of “a considered and considerate building service”.
